Publicitatea americana isi alege liderii din generatia 40 sau mai tineri cu cele mai mari realizari. The Advertising Hall of Achievement (AHOA) este cea mai importanta distinctie pentru realizari deosebite in industria de publicitate americana pentru liderii din generatia de 40 de ani sau mai tineri.

Programul a fost initat de American Advertising Federation (AAF, Federatia Americana de Publicitate) in 1993 si are obiectiv principal recunoasterea tinerelor talente care au avut un aport semnificativ in industria de publicitate. Distinctia urmareste de la realizarile si caracteristicile remarcabile personale la cele de echipa ale candidatilor. In urma examinarii nominalizarilor anuale de catre consiliul competitiei, tinerii lideri ai publicitatii intra pe o lista scurta si ulterior premiati de American Advertising Federation.

Printre numele ajunse pe lista The Advertising Hall of Achievement se numara lideri tineri a caror contributie a facut diferenta in activitatea unor jucatori in piata de publicitate cum sunt HBO, Wieden+Kennedy, Time Inc., Fox Networks Group, Visa Inc, YouTube sau Pandora.
